Rullion – APMP Practitioner

About the project

Implementing capture best practices to improve win rates, increase focus and reduce the cost of sale

The Challenge

Rebecca had been interested in the concept of Capture Planning for a while and developed her own methods - but she needed some external support to help to reinforce the thinking and formalise the learning to achieve the APMP Capture Accreditation.

The Solution

As well as looking at the APMP Capture Practitioner exam requirements and techniques, we also worked together to understand the application of Capture Planning within the Rullion business environment, which has been hugely valuable.

The Result

“Jeremy is without a doubt one of the best brains on Capture Planning that there is in the UK right now. Not only is Jeremy hugely knowledgeable on the subject, with a wealth of practical experience, but his no-nonsense approach makes a refreshing change from traditional teaching methods. For anybody looking to gain this accreditation or who needs help translating the principles into real life, I would definitely recommend Jeremy! - Rebecca Ridley, Head of Bids and Proposals, Rullion
