A top bidding tip - People buy people and the perceived value they believe they can create for them.

We want to get to a place with your bids and proposals where you submit the most beautifully written CVs that nobody ever reads - because they know and trust your people. 

You should have perhaps zippered - planning out your relationships across the client and your firm, top to bottom. Certainly the clients humans should have spent some time with your humans, solutioning together, building trust and belief in their competence. We particularly need to build the trust in the ability of your people to help them meet their objectives or surpass their objectives that are in their scorecard for their appraisal at the end of the year. 

On average five people read every bid that is submitted or parts thereof. Who are those people? And try to get your team, the key CVs in your bid - out in front of them far before bid. Get them in a room with those client people co-solutioning as part of capture Ideally, but certainly we never really want to be writing bids to complete strangers. 

We want them to believe in your people and their ability to help those client people and stakeholders be successful. If you can crack that source code, you'll be much more successful.
