The Challenge

The business had a disparate set of stakeholders across different subsectors of infrastructure, with varying levels of understanding of bidding best practices and inconsistent use of process and governance, resulting in turbulence in live bid environments and variable rates. There was also a need to improve consistency in framework mini-bidding to key clients.

 

The Solution

Jeremy delivered both a bid writing masterclass and a capture training programme to stakeholders across the country via programmes of interactive training webinars. The content was shaped to be specific to the company processes, to reflect the opportunities and clients they faced, and to focus on areas for improvement.

 

The Result

Win rates have noticeably improved across the board, especially in framework mini-bidding, with an improvement in the experience of bidding for opportunities through a more predictable and controlled process.
