Quod KAM

About the project

A development programme for future leaders in business development and key accounts

The Challenge

Recently transitioned to employee ownership, the business needs to spread the work in growth and client engagement amongst its leadership and rising stars

The Solution

A maturity benchmarking exercise defined a need to focus on the development of key accounts and the widening of the base of account ownership across the business

Jeremy delivered an experiential learning programme over six months made up of teaching interventions followed by sprints of activity on accounts.

The Result

KAM has been positioned as a critical initiative in the work winning cycle, firmly on the dashboard of the business leadership and fee earning community.
